Responsibilities:
1.Maintain a working knowledge of policies,
practices and procedures.
2.Greet Examinees and verify identification
(Without Documents should not allow candidates into Examination hall).
3.Identify and report problems occurring at the
site.
4.Resolve candidate and or building problems or
report them to appropriate supervisor.
5.Maintain confidentiality for clients.
6.Take care of candidates regarding Online
Examination (GRE, TOEFL, IT Certifications, Microsoft, Apple etc..)
7.Protect security of all software and testing
environment.
8.Monitor environmental conditions and keep them
within established limits.
9.Operate computer equipment.
10.Maintain office supplies.
11.File report with corporate office for any
occurrence, which falls outside acceptable guidelines.
12.Maintain office environment to Company
corporate standards.
13.Accept responsibility for special projects
as assigned by manager.
Educational Qualification : any graduate
Experience : 0-2 years
Location : bangalore
Qualifications:
1.Minimum one year customer service related
experience preferred.
2.Experience dealing with the public from a
position of authority
3.Strong verbal skills; ability to communicate
effectively
4.Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
5.Ability to read and interpret documents such
as safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions
6.Ability to write detailed reports and
correspondence.
7.Ability to handle small tools, stoop, reach,
maneuver equipment, pack equipment for shipping and or unpack for installation.
8.Visual requirements include the ability to
adjust focus on computer screen, and view testing room during proctoring
9.Exposure to and some familiarity with
Microsoft Windows-based computer applications preferred
10.Experience using Internet browser
11.Must be flexible during days and evenings on
various days and times subject to change according to demand of testing.
12.Should be comfortable wearing uniform.
