1.Providing 24x7x365
Multi-divisional monitoring of critical system & applications
2. Must be able to work on night
shifts on rotational basis
3.Communicate with customers of all
levels across the globe
4.Ability to interpret and analyze
the issues in a quick manner
5.Follow process and guidelines for
the issues resolution
6.Document the issues and
resolution steps
7.Problem ownership from reporting
to resolution or escalation to another team.
8.Willing to learn new technologies
and techniques
Educational Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree
Experience : 3 to 4 years
Location : Bangalore
Qualifications :
1.Candidate should have Bachelors
or Masters degree in any discipline
2.Having 3 to 4 years of hands-on
experience on DLP and PGP technology.
3.Ability to write scripts either
in Python or Perl.
4.Hands-on experience on
programming languages like java and .net
5.Good knowledge on Networking and
Linux, Basic Knowledge on Active directory and LDAP.
6.Good knowledge on server
maintenance activities.
7.Basic knowledge on Netapp filer
and SharePoint technologies.
8.Knowledge on Information Security
fundamentals is added advantage
