Job Description :
The individual should have
experience to complete activities that include sourcing /supplier
identification, proposal analysis, review & clarification (Heavy analysis
skills required), negotiations, contracts knowledge, supplier performance
management, supplier/customer conflict resolution, statement of work
clarifications (strong business knowledge preferred). The individual will drive
improvements in key metrics (cost, quality, deliverables, cycle-time, etc.),
drive process improvements, provide feedback to management on market
conditions, vendor relationships, quality and customer service issues and
assist with projects and perform other related duties that may become necessary
as directed by management
Educational Qualification : An
engineering graduate and MBA
Experience : Experienced
Location : Bangalore
Requirement :
1.The ideal candidate will have an
MBA degree with 8 or more years of related experience.
2.The ideal individual must have
proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
3.Self-motivated and self-directed,
however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
4.A proven desire to work as a team
member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot
and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
5.Excellent communication (written
and verbal) and interperson
al skills.
