Key Qualifications :
1.Retail sales experience (5-8
years)
2.Proven track record in the
delivery of aggressive growth targets
3.Sales and/or customer service
management experience
4.Retail partnership management
5.A successful background in
leading and managing teams (advantageous if obtained within a dynamic
environment and/or across multiple store locations)
6.Advanced communication skills
7.Direct experience with
merchandising plans
8.Familiarity with the PC platform
9.Involvement in carrying out
in-store merchandising plans
10.Understanding of operations and
logistics
