Job Description
Installing computer hardware configuration
Installing software and networking systems
Troubleshooting software issues
Installing high-level software security systems
Adding security and other upgrade patches to systems
Responding to general IT requests
Ensuring security software is kept up to date
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
Familiarity with general Windows OS systems, Enterprise and Office software. Knowledge of Unix will be an advantage
Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks
Experience with VPN
Good communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
Knowledge of firewall and networking security systems
