The Role:
Taking delivery of a Tesla is a milestone moment for customers, and the Delivery Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, the Delivery Advisor is responsible for coordinating delivery scheduling, customer education, and final documentation. This role ensures that customers receive all necessary information about their new vehicle, guiding them through the features and onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Scheduling:
- Act as the primary liaison between Tesla and customers from the point of purchase to vehicle handover.
- Coordinate delivery scheduling based on vehicle readiness and customer availability.
- Ensure customers complete all pre-delivery requirements, including financing, registration, and trade-ins.
Customer Education & Training:
- Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, explaining key features and functionality to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Guide customers on Tesla’s digital ecosystem, including the Tesla app, charging solutions, and vehicle software updates.
Delivery Execution & Administration:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks at the delivery center, ensuring all required documentation is prepared and processed accurately.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Registration teams to verify order details and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Record and maintain data quality across internal systems.
Post-Delivery Support & Issue Resolution:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers post-delivery, addressing initial questions and troubleshooting minor concerns.
- Work with the Service team to facilitate any early-stage support needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, automotive sales, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools to manage orders and deliveries.
- Prior automotive or registration experience is a plus.
- Business proficiency in English and local languages.
- Valid driver’s license holder.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
