Ready to ignite AI's revolution in enterprise contract lifecycle management? Icertis is pioneering the future of enterprise contract intelligence.  This role focuses on supporting our newly-minted Solution Extension partnership with SAP, which is one of the most significant go-to-market initiatives at Icertis

This is a high-visibility role, partnering closely with senior executives to shape how Icertis works together with the SAP go-to-market teams to bring Icertis products and innovation to the world. This high-impact role reports to the VP of Product Marketing, offers remote flexibility in the US (or Seattle HQ base), and demands cross-time-zone agility with our Pune HQ—plus direct C-suite collaboration to shape bold strategies.

In addition to supporting the SAP Solution Extension joint go-to-market, this role will drive the Icertis Customer Advisory Board (CAB). This role will also be responsible for leading product marketing activities for the Analytics pillar of the Icertis product portfolio. Finally, this role will champion the internal adoption of GenAI to power smarter and more efficient marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the SAP Solution Extension go-to-market activities.
  • Own and scale the CAB program, turning customer insights into advocacy gold and innovation fuel.
  • Pioneer GenAI tools internally to supercharge efficiency in content, analytics, and beyond.
  • Deliver razor-sharp competitive intel and messaging to accelerate sales wins.
  • Craft captivating collateral: presentations, whitepapers, blogs, demos, videos that wow and convert.
  • Fuel sales enablement with training and tools to speed up deals and customer growth.
  • Team up cross-functionally within marketing on demand gen, launches, and insights for executive decisions 
  • Qualifications :
  • 10+ years in enterprise product marketing.
  • Experience working SAP’s go-to-market teams or at SAP is strongly preferred.
  • A background in product management or pre-sales strongly preferred.
  • Growth mindset is a requirement with the ability to learn and master new technologies.
  • Track record of driving successful product launches and scaling go-to-market motions.
  • Outstanding storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with a global perspective.
  • Proven ability to work across time zones—especially Seattle (US HQ) and Pune (India HQ).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
