Job Description :
1.Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and
values to delight customers and ensure project success
2.Removing impediments or guiding
the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the
impediment
3.Facilitating discussion, decision
making, and conflict resolution
4.Building a trusting and safe
environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or
being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
5.Supporting and educating the
Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product
backlog.
6.Guiding the team on adapting
Agile/Scrum framework when relevant
7.Assisting with internal and
external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
8.Providing all support to the team
using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

graduate

Qualifications :
1.Good skills and knowledge of
servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
2.sound regarding the notions of
backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
3.Knowledge of numerous well
documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in
the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous
Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
4.Knowledge of other Agile
approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
5.Knowledge and/or experience with
widely successful Agile
techniques: User Stories, , TDD, Continuous
Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
6.Scrum certification or experience
on Agile project.
7.Understand the value of
commitments to delivery made by a development team
8.Excellent communication and
mentoring skills
