You are great at:
1.Installation, configuration,
maintenance and monitoring of one or more OpenText products/solutions in the
Cloud (both Private and Public)
2.Production Support for Cloud
hosted environments
3.Coordination with internal and
external stakeholders
4.Communication with customers via
ticketing system (incident/problem management)
5.Learn and operate various web
applications/products part of XaaS (as a Service) environments
6. Documentation of the Setup and
Operations
7.Specific roles in one of
Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration management
8. Webservers: Apache, IIS, Tomcat,
TomEE+
9.Database: MySQL, MSSQL (anyone,
basic installation and configuration, monitoring etc. not DBA)
10. Scripting: Bash, Windows PS,
PHP etc.
Educational Qualification : any
graduates
Experience : 3 years of experience
in a Cloud Services / Cloud Applications Management in Production Operations.

1.RHCA
2.CCNA
3.MTA
4.ITIL Foundation
5.ISO9000 or ISO27000 internal
auditor
6.Familiarity or working knowledge
of any of OpenText products such as Content Server, Archive Server etc., or
similar products.
Technical Skills :
1.Monitoring of applications and IT
systems
2.Production Support, analysis of
logs, usage patterns and proactive troubleshooting
3.Support for SaaS (Software as a
Service) and other types of env
ironments.
4.Coordination with Hosting Service
Providers and or other internal/external stake holders for Incidents and
Problems
5.Familiarity with Operating System
installations and working on virtual hardware (on industry standard
hypervisors)
