Requirements :
Senior Oracle DBA to join FIS
infrastructure DBA team in Global Technology Operations. You will report to and
work closely with the Database Manager assisting on various and crucial tasks.
Key Task Types:
As a senior database Administrator
you will be the SME for (but not limited to) Oracle technologies within the DBA
team.
1.You will be responsible for
install, maintain, support/troubleshooting predominantly Oracle products and
help our customers making best use of the technology.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve, in
conjunction with Operational/Customer DBAs, database application issues across
production, test and development environments
3.Provide input into architecture
and design.
4.Your experience in MYSQL and any
other NoSQL DBMS would be a distinct advantage.
5.You may also work on Microsoft
SQL servers (2008, 2012, and 2014).
6.Mentor fellow DBAs.
Desirable Skills :
1.Install, Configure and
support/troubleshoot using Oracle10g, 11i, 12c, Mysql, MS SQL RDBMS in
Unix/Linux/Windows environment.
2.Replication tools: Data Guard.
3.High Availability systems like
DataGuard standby, RAC
4.Database backup/recovery tools
like RMAN
5.Experience in Oracle Enterprise
Manager
