Role Overview:
1.Retention/development responsible
for maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing
Dell customers.
2.Acquisition focuses on
identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with
a focus on DFS upsells.
3.Queue/transactional focuses on
fielding in-bound sales calls and efficiently completing/closing the sale using
DFS; all must efficiently utilize Dell tools and work closely with the
necessary resources to meet sales objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
1.Individual contributor
responsible for ensuring Dell's DFS options
are sold to specified customer segments who buy Systems or E&A
products (via telephone, web, or e-mail).
2.Effectively supports the inside
sales team and resources on assigned responsibilities.
3.Focuses on delivering a positive
customer experience according to Dell standards.
4.Interacts with cross-functional
groups (e.g., Consumer, SMB, EPP, E&A, Online, Chat) to solve business and
customer issues.
5.Attracts, develops, and retains
high-performing sales talent.
6.Serves as a role model for inside
sales personnel.
7.Acts as a second level support
resource for all customer escalations within the team. Provides administrative
and execution support to the Team manager.
